Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected through tickets-visit.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

• Free guide downloads: your email address, to send you the requested guide and, if you agree, occasional updates about new guides.
• Newsletter: your email address, to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Contact or review forms: the data you provide (e.g. name, email, comment) to handle your request or publish your review if you choose to.
• Browsing data: anonymously or pseudonymously, for statistics and site improvement (see processors and cookies below).

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when providing your data and ticking the relevant boxes, and which you may withdraw at any time. For cookie-based analytics, consent is managed through the cookie banner.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors:

• FormSubmit (form and email delivery) — USA.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) — usage statistics — USA.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corp.) — usage statistics and heatmaps — USA.

Regarding Civitatis: when you click an affiliate link you go to its platform, where its own privacy policy applies. Tickets Visit does not share your email or contact details with Civitatis; the affiliate relationship relies on booking-attribution cookies.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers above are located in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider).

6. Data retention

We keep your data while you remain subscribed or until you request its deletion, and for legally required periods. When you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your data from our lists.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to info@tickets-visit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
