Terms of sale for the PDF guides

These terms govern the purchase of the digital PDF guides sold by Tickets Visit. Civitatis tickets and activities are not sold here: they are subject to Civitatis' own terms.

Travel and museum guides in PDF format, to read on your phone, tablet or computer. You need a PDF reader. The description, page count and contents of each guide are shown on its page and in PDF guides. Free guides are a shorter version; the premium guide includes the full itinerary and floor plans.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. The price that applies is the one shown on the checkout screen before you confirm. Payment is processed by Payhip (Payhip Ltd., United Kingdom) by card or PayPal; Tickets Visit never sees or stores your card details. You will receive a receipt by email.

4. Delivery

Delivery is instant: once payment is complete you will see the download link and also receive it by email. If it does not arrive, write to info@tickets-visit.com and we will resend it.

5. Right of withdrawal

The guides are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has started, if you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you lose that right. Even so, we offer the guarantee below.

6. 14-day money-back guarantee

If the guide is not useful to you, we will refund you. Email info@tickets-visit.com within 14 calendar days of purchase, from the email address you used or quoting your order number. You do not need to give a reason. We refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days at most.

7. Conformity

If the file is damaged, does not open or does not match its description, you are entitled to have it fixed or replaced free of charge under the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

8. Use of the guides

The guide is for your personal use. You may not resell it, share it publicly or copy its content without permission.

9. Complaints and applicable law

For any complaint write to info@tickets-visit.com; we reply within 30 days at most. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
